Highview Capital said it added six investment professionals.

Brice Baradel and Steve Russell joined the firm as principals. Mr. Baradel most recently worked at TripleTree, a boutique merger and acquisition advisory firm focused on health-care information technology and health care-services companies. Mr. Russell previously was with Madison Dearborn Partners.

P.J. Gilbert and Dan Picmann joined Highview as vice presidents. Mr. Gilbert formerly was on the board of directors for First Community Holdings. Mr. Picmann joins Highview from Post Advisory Group, a Los Angeles value-oriented asset manager.

Highview also said it hired Tim Park and Kapish Haldia as associates. Mr. Park has joined the firm from Houlihan Lokey’s capital markets group. Mr. Haldia previously was with Citigroup Inc.’s global industrials group.

Highview, of Los Angeles, has about $500 million in assets under management. The firm is backed by Karlin Asset Management, an investment company founded in 2005 that manages more than $1.5 billion in capital.
